The ReSet method
ReStart. Rebuild.
Replay.
ReStart what your body stopped doing. Rebuild what it needs. Replay what you love. This is not a library of generic workouts. It is individualized coaching that changes as you change.
One offering: one-to-one coaching and programming with two 45-minute calls a month. The three phases are how we shape it.
ReStart
Restore access to positions and movements your body has stopped using.
The starting point for most people. Shoulders, hips, and spine moving again, in ranges you can actually control, in a dose that fits the schedule you have.
- What it looks like
- Joint motion, positions, breathing, simple daily practice.
Rebuild
Develop the strength, control, balance, and capacity those movements require.
Once positions are available, they need to be strong. Loading, balance, coordination, and the capacity to do more without breaking down.
- What it looks like
- Strength, control, balance, locomotion, transitions.
Replay
Return to meaningful skills and the things that make you feel alive in your body.
The point of all of it. Handstands, rings, martial arts, running, jumping, crawling, playing with your children, or whatever you have been missing.
- What it looks like
- Skill work built around what you actually want back.
How a month works
You choose the mix.
Every client gets the same thing: one-to-one coaching and programming with two 45-minute calls a month. What changes is the blend. Someone coming back from years of stiffness might spend a month almost entirely in ReStart. Someone already training might split Rebuild and Replay. We decide together, and it shifts as you do.
Coming back after years of stiffness
Mostly ReStart, a little Rebuild.
Training, but plateaued or nagged by pain
Rebuild-heavy, ReStart where needed.
Chasing a skill: handstand, rings, sport
Replay-led, Rebuild underneath.
